Plank Exercise for Women

* Walk Out Plank
To make your body fit and strong enough to run the more difficult exercises like push ups, then you should have a strong core muscles. Core muscles are the muscles that are very important in your daily activities, ranging from standing, sitting, lying down, stomach, and many more. That’s why you should increase the strength and stability of your core muscles.
Walk out the plank is one of the best ways for you to train your core muscles. This exercise is also called as a plank to push-ups. So to do this exercise, you start from the plank position, which is on your stomach with legs straight, both hands against the mat and perpendicular to the arm. After that, one by one hand is raised arms straight and your hands or in a push-up position.
* Static Plank
Just like the plank walk out, exercise is also very effective. Walk out the plank is more dynamic than the static plank, where the static plank makes you do a full plank position and then hold this position within a specified period. This exercise will improve your core muscle strength.
